Alaska Native Tribal Health ConsortiumCompassion Works2013–2019

Building resilience systems for frontline health care professionals across Alaska.

From 2013–2019, we developed and facilitated the Healthy Healers online wellness, resilience, and support project for frontline health care professionals. A peer-based, community-responsive initiative designed to sustain caregivers doing the hardest work.

YWCA USAEvaluation.Works2018–2020

A national leadership program for young girls of color — evaluated and refined.

Arthur served as lead evaluator for a three-year, well-funded national trauma-informed leadership project for high school girls. The initiative included YWCA affiliates, high schools, small businesses, educators, parents, and most especially, youth. The program launched nationally in 2021.

Alaska Humanities ForumEvaluation.Works2013–2018

Cultural immersion and educator training — a developmental evaluation approach.

Evaluation of two cultural immersion, federally funded projects for middle and high school youth and educators. This collective impact project included Native Corporations from across Alaska, all school districts in the state, teachers, and students from every Alaska community.
