We engage up to four agencies from across the country to collaborate through our cohort-based strategic planning model. Participants engage with tools for readiness assessment, data collection and analysis, reporting, and presenting findings—building a robust, evidence-based strategic plan together. This is a peer-learning based strategic planning model designed to foster shared learning and collaborative growth.
