A national leadership program for young girls of color — evaluated and refined.

Arthur served as lead evaluator for a three-year, well-funded national trauma-informed leadership project for high school girls. The initiative included YWCA affiliates, high schools, small businesses, educators, parents, and most especially, youth. The program launched nationally in 2021.
