In order to be accepted you must agree to:

• A Strategic Planning Committee made up of predominantly stakeholders outside of board and staff
• Ensure that community members, staff, clients, customers, or constituencies have the education and support needed to effectively have a voice
• The board must agree to develop a power-sharing policy in partnership with the Strategic Planning Committee, Staff, and other stakeholders

The full version includes certification for interested participants, revision of the process specifically for your agency (logos, etc.), group and process facilitation and support. Travel to and from each site for in-person meetings and related expenses are not included.
