The goal of this learning experience is to improve the health and resilience of our frontline health providers. Participants will develop and adopt new self-care habits, build sustainable support systems, and be more positive and energized about their jobs.

This culturally focused and responsive curriculum and the related teaching materials aim at teaching resiliency. In return, we anticipate that you will stay in your job longer and continue to improve our communities' health and well-being.

• Full Revision of the program for your agency to add local resources and people
• Full use of the program in perpetuity
• Train the facilitator
• Train the Admin
• Train the Instructional Designer
• Full facilitation and co facilitation of cohorts as needed for the first year.

Cohort: Institutions or agencies (40 participants max.)

Timeframe: Meet 1x a week for 10-12 weeks

Format: A mix of virtual, peer meetings, and self-paced.

The product cannot be resold, revised, or in used in any way to violate the copyright usage. If the agency chooses to charge for student or professional usage, StrataG.Works will receive a 10% fee for all sales made using the product. A full agreement will be executed for each agency.
